Iconic retailer Macy’s has been undergoing a solar energy makeover – part of a company-wide sustainability initiative – with SunPower. The chain, including Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s stores, has now completed 21 high-efficiency SunPower solar energy system installation this past year in seven states, totaling 15 megawatts.
SunPower has begun construction on an 8.79-megawatt SunPower solar system at Toyota Motor North America’s new headquarters in Plano, Texas.
